Guests are required to wear face coverings at all times and may only be removed temporarily to eat or actively take a drink. If you remove your face covering, you will receive one reminder to put it back on. Failure to follow this request will result in being asked to leave the property for the day.

Clearwater Casino Resort continues to be 100% smoke-free. There are designated smoking areas on 4th floor West Garage, 1st floor East Garage and Main Entrance for guests.

In order to practice safe social distancing, we have reduced our capacity to 50%. If the Casino has reached its capacity, guests will be asked to return at another time and will not be allowed to wait in their cars or at the casino doors. Diamond and Ruby Tier players along with Suquamish Tribal Elders will be allowed to have priority entry into the casino at any time during operation

All guests will be required to have their ID scanned in order to enter the property. Acceptable identification includes the following:

• Identification card or driver's license issued by a domestic or foreign government agency
• Military ID
• Passport
• Tribal ID
• U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Green Card.

If your ID expired on March 1, 2020 or later, PME outlets will accept automatically extended licenses for:

• Entry into the casino
• Jackpot verification at the casino
• Purchase of tobacco or liquor
• If your ID is expired you are encouraged to carry the 'Notice of Personal Driver License Extensions' letter provided to you by the state

At entry, every guest, vendor & employee will have their temperature taken by a thermal camera. Any person displaying a cough, shortness of breath, or other known symptoms of COVID-19 or a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or above will be asked come back when they are healthy

Acrylic barriers have been added to the Player's Club, cashier stations, hotel front desk, dining areas, and the cage to protect guests and employees. Any area where guests, vendors or employees line up will be clearly marked for appropriate physical distancing. This includes check-in, check-out, elevator lobbies, Player's Club, the cage and dining areas.

Limited dining options are available. Currently Agate Pass Deli, The Clearwater, Beach Glass Cafe, & Beach Bru Coffee are open and operating under modified hours.

If you have any of the following symptoms: chills, fever, cough, difficulty breathing and/or muscle aches, we ask that you stay home and visit us 2 weeks later. If your symptoms continue after two weeks, we ask that you visit once you are healthy. Additionally, if you have been exposed to COVID19, or a member of your household has it, we request that you wait two weeks before visiting us.

Clearwater Casino Resort has been completely cleaned and disinfected and the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces. This includes, but not limited to, front desk check-in counters, bell desks, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, room keys and locks, ATMs, stair handrails, casino cage counters, gaming machines, gaming tables, dining surfaces and seating areas.

• All slot machines are open and we require guests to practice social distancing by staying at least one machine away from another player
• Once a guest is done playing on a machine, we ask that the 'Machine is Clean' sign is removed so an employee can come sanitize the machine for the next guest
• Hand sanitizer and wipes are available throughout the casino floor for guests to sanitize their machine

All ticketed events have been postponed/rescheduled. Please check https://clearwatercasino.com for rescheduled shows. Tickets for rescheduled shows will be honored for the new show dates. If you wish to have your tickets refunded, you'll have 30 days to get a refund from Ticketmaster once the new date is announced.
